Join Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center and the city of Cedar Hill, TX on World Migratory Bird Day for a fun and educational day of Urban Birding! We'll start our day at Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center at 8:30a with a presentation about urban birds. We'll find out what makes birds adapters, exploiters, or avoiders. Then we'll head to historic downtown Cedar Hill, TX to 1846 Coffee Shop for a cup of Bird-friendly coffee at 10:00a. After our respite, our expert birder will lead us on a guided bird walk downtown!
Tickets are free but please reserve your spot in advance, and donations are greatly appreciated. If you need binoculars, we have some you can borrow! A shuttle will be available from Dogwood Canyon to downtown Cedar Hill or you can drive yourself.
